Making great coffee accessible and affordable, one neighborhood at a time.
Nothing is more Indonesian than a great cup of coffee. This archipelago produces some of the best coffees that you can find in the world. However, most Indonesians don’t get to experience that great product for themselves. Instead, instant coffees are the go-to, dominating the market at 90% of coffee consumed. To have that great cup of joe, you’ll have to pay a premium.
That is why we started Jago. We aim to make great coffee, sourced in Indonesia, accessible to anyone. Opening up cafes requires a lot of money and requires significant time to launch, so instead we created an EV (Electric Vehicle) cafe that was mobile: a cafe-on-wheels. A cafe that can come to you, wherever you are, whenever you want it to.
A cup of a coffee prepared fresh on the spot so you can really taste all that Indonesian coffee has to offer.
These past few years we have turned a single cafe into a fleet of electric-powered cafes that zip around neighborhood areas, serving fresh coffees and teas to all customers. But we wouldn’t be able to do this without our Jagoans, the cart operators, who serve as your personal neighborhood barista. They’re always nearby, ready to serve you a fresh brew.
