About The Role
As a General Affairs Staff, you will ensure smooth operations at depots and HQ by managing equipment procurement, facility maintenance, and supporting HRGA staff onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing procurement of equipment and office supplies for depots and HQ.
- Managing facility maintenance reports and resolving issues.
- Supervising equipment and asset management systems (ESB) for accuracy.
- Coordinating stock-taking with depots.
- Tracking invoices and expenses for depot openings.
- Assisting with HRGA staff onboarding and training.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management
- 1-3 years of experience in general affairs, office management, or administrative roles.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and facility management is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to different company locations if needed.
- Good understanding of office maintenance and support services.
- Detail-oriented and proactive.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
