About The Role

The District Operations Manager oversees, manages, maintains, and controls multiple locations or hyperlocal areas and daily operations at Jago Coffee.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Mobile Barista performance in hyperlocal, providing feedback and regular progress reports.
• Hotspots Scouting – Visiting specific spots from our map to cross-check its potential.
• Analyzed prev. assumed potential locations with near-zero sales to understand underlying problems and also understand stray behaviour in a specific grid and give the recommendation to reduce/add Mobile Barista to a specific grid/location.
• Maintain and ensure SOP is implemented in Mobile Barista.
• Building relationships with stakeholders in their respective depots and their hyperlocals (Satpol PP, Kamtibnas, Preman).
• Manage Ops Excellence performance and tasks regularly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in management, hospitality, or other related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Business or Managerial role.
• Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately, understand and interpret data.
• Familiar with Google Workspace and Data Studio.
• Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to present insights to relevant stakeholders
• Proficient in English.
