About The Role

As a Project Manager (Architecture), you will oversee all aspects of the architectural projects for opening Jago Coffee depots. From planning and design to operational facility installation, you will ensure each project phase runs efficiently and meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle all parts of the architectural project for depot openings, from planning and design to setting up operational facilities.
• Create and keep track of project timelines to make sure each phase finishes on time.
• Oversee the design of efficient depot layouts, including areas for production, storage, and logistics, to fit Jago
  Coffee's needs.
• Work with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors to deliver high-quality results that meet company standards.
• Plan and manage the project budget to save costs without lowering quality.
• Supervise the purchase of building materials and equipment to match design requirements.
• Keep project documents, like drawings, budgets, and progress reports, well-organized and up to date.
• Choose and manage construction vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure good quality work.
• Ensure the project follows local laws for building permits, construction standards, and F&B safety.
• Check that the team follows workplace safety and environmental rules during construction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing architectural or construction projects, especially in F&B or retail industries.
• Experience creating and managing depot opening plans, including timelines and key project goals.
• Knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
• A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Skilled in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and similar programs.
